Hourly Base and Hourly Incentive Rates of Pay:
- All AA employees received 1.5% step increase each year from 2003 - 2008, no increases in 2009 or 2010.
Purser Pay:
- Dom wide-body: $2.08/hour
- Int'l narrow-body: $2.00/hour
- Int'l wide-body:
$3.00/hour

Hourly Base and Hourly Incentive Rates of Pay:
- Signing Bonus - 3% previous calendar year earnings (non pensionable)
- DOS (Date of Signing) - 2% structural
- DOS + 12 months - 2% structural
- DOS + 24 months - 2% structural
- DOS + 36 months - 2% structural
- DOS + 48 months - 1.5% structural
Purser Pay:
- Dom wide-body: $2.50/hour
- Int'l narrow-body: $2.50/hour
- Int'l wide-body: $4.00/hour
Training Pay:
- Pay All Training: $9.50/hour including Recurrent Training, Computer-Based Training and Recall Training for those currently on the furlough list. New hire and LOA Training would be excluded.
- Pay Customer Service Training: $20.00/ hour (new)
- Pay for actual training time only - eliminate current three (3) hour minimum
- In exchange for the above training pay, APFA would withdraw the following proposals:
- Dual Qualified Pay Override
- Restoration of Foreign Language Pay
- Narrow-Body lead Pay
- AMR Event Reporting
- In addition, APFA would accept the company’s following proposals as previously proposed on 5/21/10:
